Really enjoyed this room, my favourite at this venue so far (have done Colditz and SP Eyes). Nice level of difficulty where nothing felt like a leap but there were some 'doh' moments. A little worn but still hi tech and loved the passion in the hosting.

Loved this room - great puzzles I haven’t done before and a fantastic theme Harry Potter fans will love. The host was too forward with clues, not allowing us time at times to think about what we needed to do. At one point we were told a door had opened behind us.. we hadn’t even had chance to turn around but the door was wide open and unmissable. At times we were stuck and appreciated the help, but this was for trickier puzzles. The room was a little worn in places but overall I’d highly recommend this magical room.

Really fun room and felt different to others, while the puzzles are logical, it didn’t feel like a repeat of other escape rooms. Recommend doing as a 2 - we worked together the whole time and didn’t miss anything the other did. Fantastic hosting by Annika.

The price on here is incorrect, it was £40 each for 2 people to play. The game was absolutely fantastic, my third from ClueQuest and it didn't disappoint. Great technology, up-to-date rooms and some bad but good 'DOH!!' moments!

This is not an escape room, but since it’s on here I’m happy to review! It’s an audio experience, with some other in-person immersive elements where depending on your choices, you create a path. However the paths I believe always ended up at the same place and in between there were just a few easy pre-determined responses that didn’t change where the story went until the very end at which point there were two different choices. While of course AI is clever, and the fact I can have a conversation at all with one is cool, it just wasn’t good enough to seem realistic and therefore just wasn’t that fun. 

So good! Loved this room. Tiny but lovely touch right at the end as you escape. Fantastic hosting from Dan. 

Fun and different but a few bits needed jiggling to work. We did challenging which I’d recommend for adults or anyone who has done a few rooms before. 

Really enjoyed the puzzles and the hosting but unfortunately the room has had lots of wear and tear and could do with a refresh. Everything that needed to work did, but it made it a bit less enjoyable. Some really good tech and great fun - a good one to do as a pair.

I did the Spiral route. Luckily nobody had booked in with us but this was very lucky - usually you are put into groups of 6 but we got to do it as a 2. We would have enjoyed this a whole lot less if that hadn't been the case as in some parts we did share space with others and we weren't really able to do anything. The acting was good but not enough of it. One attempt at a scare was just laughable. The escape rooms themselves are way too difficult - I've done a fair few and they just didn't make sense particularly the end one, and there was no satisfaction as it was irrelevant whether you passed or failed. For one puzzle / choice we had to make I literally have no idea what it did. One room was great, logical, challenging and fun, but only because there were 2 of us. Without giving too much away it was like a maze. For the others, the theming was great and the similarity to the Saw films, however the puzzles and horror just weren't up to scratch.

Really enjoyed this room - some original not seen before puzzles despite having done lots of escape rooms. Good use of technology. Needed a few clues that I probably wouldn’t have figured out otherwise but no frustrating moments.

Absolutely loved this game. We got off to a slow start and I thought this was going to be very difficult. It was difficult, but in a challenging, rewarding way rather than impossible and constantly needing clues. Farzana was a great host, really enthusiastic and while keen to give clues, she often left us to it with a very small hint rather than explaining exactly what we should do. There are some fantastic puzzles in here with a fair bit of search and more obvious clues too which makes it suitable for novices and experienced players although I'd not recommend this for a group of first timers - better for a group with mixed experience like us. The final centrepiece puzzle is just brilliant and I left on a complete high.

Absolutely loved this escape room - I think I am on around 30-40 now and this is my new favourite. I love that it is a little bit longer (90 mins but we escaped in 75) as there is so much more to experience and it would have been a shame to remove elements to fit an hour. It is extremely immersive, as others have said you do get a little bit dirty but as long as you expect it that's fine and part of the fun! The hosting was good but a little keen with the clues particularly as we had so much time left. Quite a few elements in this room that I'd never seen before and a great mix of difficulties so that all team members can shine.

Really enjoyed this simple room - loads to do and gives a good sense of achievement as it's fairly easy. Great for newbies or families, but I'm a seasoned escape room-er and enjoyed it immensely. Several 'duh!!!' moments only made it more fun. 

Some might say this was quite easy.. it was certainly logical but we had quite a few 'doh!' moments that were totally fair and logical but we just.. missed them! And I personally like that as it's so much better than 'well how was I ever going to get that?!' which I've had many times before. Even if you do find the puzzles on the easier side, there are lots of them.

We needed 2 or 3 clues but these were excellently timed by the lovely games master which allowed us to take full advantage of our time in the room and escape with just over a minute to spare.

Absolutely fantastic room in terms of theming, technology and immersiveness. Overall enjoyed it and the venue is spot on. A few issues with the room itself - it was high tech which is good, but a few things didn’t quite work without a hint from the games master (I.e. how to get it exactly right rather than actually solve the clue which we had done - frustrating and took away the immersiveness). Personally found the end very difficult to the point I don’t think I’d have got it without a lot of clues. Yes we escaped but would’ve been there all day if there wasn’t a time limit! Perhaps best for experts - would be interested to see if that’s the case.

Really enjoyed this room and the games master was great. Very well themed and immersive. Not as difficult as it seems from the escape rate - seems that there is one particular element causing difficulty rather than the whole room. Enjoyable fairly traditional escape room which benefits from experience but doesn't feel like repeats of other rooms.

Absolutely loved this room and the fact it’s designed for 2 players. You really have to work as a team and the puzzles are genuinely fun. My pet peeve of being given clues when you don’t want them wasn’t an issue but we could have them when we wanted and the games master was really attentive and enthusiastic. Seems to have changed as there were no wireless headphones or microphones to communicate with, which is a good thing as a few people have mentioned that as a negative. Can’t wait to do their other 2 player room!

It was ok.. think this one really depends on the game master and on this occasion ours didn’t immerse themselves as much as it sounds like others have, so it wasn’t that scary. Fun experience though and would recommend to some others.

Great room - have done quite a few and thought this was one of the most difficult (in a good way). It was just too clever for us in the end but every time we asked for a clue we were like ‘Ohhhh of course’ whereas sometimes you think ‘…well that’s a stretch.. never would have got that’. We were told we weren’t far from the end but I would have liked to have been shown (briefly - not the details of the clues) what we would have seen to get the full experience of the room.
