A good game and a great experience for the first time we have played one at home. There are a few big leaps to make with this one, but a thoroughly enjoyable game.

Another fantastic room at Beverley Breakout! Completing the 100 minute version, we loved this one for its unique puzzles and great theming throughout the entire room. Unlocking individual jewels throughout the game gave us the feeling of winning every time we got one, which peaked in the last section of the room! 
It was a really enjoyable experience, once again Fran was an excellent host and gave us a cracking debrief afterwards. A must do room for enthusiasts out there!

A good room with a well themed second half, this room has lots of elements of your standard escape room which were very enjoyable to tackle. Without giving too much away you've got to keep your eyes peeled in this game, especially in the second room which caused a bit of panic as the time ticked away, but with a couple of well timed hints we escaped with a little time to spare. An enjoyable room, quite difficult in some parts combined with some very nice, funny moments too.

A really good escape room centered in Edinburgh's creepy medical past, we enjoyed our time breaking out of this creepy room! Our host, Edmund, set the scene for us nicely before going in and then set us to work on escaping the room, with good puzzles and a great attention to detail in set design. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the exterior of the building on a dark, rainy evening added to its creepy vibe, so if you want an authentic experience go for the 8pm booking!

This is an unmissable room for any escape room enthusiasts out there! A very clever, immersive, and extremely original room that deserves its reputation as one of the best rooms in the UK. Our host, Ronan, was exceptional throughout our time there and really brought the room to life. The format that the Case Closed team have got is very unique, and the extra time that you get compared to the standard escape room allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and not worry about getting out in time, but instead enjoy the immersive elements of the room.
Such a clever idea, and we had such a fantastic time solving the case. Can't wait to try the Radio one you guys have got planned. Thanks again, Case Closed!

This is a really lovely escape room, with some unique and original puzzles that we hadn't ever seen before! Fran, our host, was amazing - you could really see her passion for escape rooms when chatting with her, and in the design of the unique puzzles within this room. The puzzles are of a good difficulty, and you can choose between two difficulty levels which is good if you're visiting with children! 
All in all, a magical experience and one that lived up to its reputation. Can't wait to tackle the next room at Beverley Breakout!

Another amazing room by Enigma! So immersive, lots of great puzzles, and brilliantly themed on Wizard of Oz, it really felt like we were off to see the wizard himself. A great variety of puzzles throughout the room, this is another must do for anyone who appreciates a truly immersive experience. 
Our host, Emma, was incredibly friendly and made us feel really welcome at the room, she was one of the best hosts we've had to date! Thanks again Enigma for another brilliant experience.

Curio is a fantastic room which is primarily puzzle based as opposed to the traditional lock and key based rooms. 
The theming is excellent, and the room has lots of unexpected surprises that will be greatly welcomed by any Escape Room enthusiasts out there. I do agree with other more recent reviewers that the room is somewhat dated and could do with a spruce up; we got stuck with one bit of broken tech but quickly resolved it with a very on the spot clue from our host! Other than that, the room was great fun and a real challenge to boot. If you're after a proper challenge, this one is well worth a go!

Arabian Nights is a really immersive room with a mixture of clever puzzles and wonderful set design. Our host, Charlie, was very informative and made the experience come alive with her briefing beforehand, and we had a good chat afterwards about the room and the puzzles in there. Really recommend this room to everyone, especially those who enjoy linear rooms.

We had a really fun time at this escape room, which was very festive and really got us in the mood for Christmas! The puzzles were of a good difficulty, and was a good way to spend time in Manchester in between visiting the Christmas markets.

This is a truly fantastic experience and one that I'd recommend to everyone, especially those who enjoy the 90s classic Crystal Maze. The actor who hosted was extraordinarily believable, it really felt like we were playing the game show. This was for my stag do, and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We enjoyed this room but sadly some of the props were damaged and we managed to accidentally jump ahead and miss some of the puzzles that were part of the game itself. The room's design was very impressive, we really enjoyed the setting. We gave this feedback at the time, and was told it was a newly opened room so hopefully the relative changes have been made and everyone can enjoy this impressively designed experience.

We enjoyed this room, you take the whole hour and try to escape with as much money as you can. The bonus puzzles were good fun too, we did go nearly 4 years ago so they may have changed and updated things since, but we had a good time especially with the change in premise of getting as much money as you could rather than escaping the room in the quickest time.

We really enjoyed this escape room, especially the first puzzle which took us ages to crack! Lots of good fun to be had, the theme throughout is on point and you feel like a pirate as you're completing the puzzles.

We don't normally do scary escape rooms, but after visiting the other two Enigma rooms in Hull we wanted to do this one. It isn't as good as the other two, but we enjoyed the experience all the same! The host was brilliant as always, and the room itself was set up in a very creepy way. My wife and I have overactive imaginations, so you can imagine what we were like in a room like this! Overall, this is a good experience with good puzzles and a creepy vibe throughout, but if you're looking for the wow factor then visit the Chocolate Factory one!

This is another immersive and very clever escape room by Enigma, one that has you jumping all over the place by the end of it! The non-linear gameplay of this one threw me off a little, as it didn't become clear to us until nearly the end that the some of the puzzles did not link together, but when that became clear we managed to escape. The lack of traditional locks added to the high tech feel of this room, even though it threw us off at the beginning! We thought we might get locked in on this one but we managed to get out with a little time to spare. 

Enigma have really invested in this escape room, and you will not be disappointed should you go for it. I'd recommend going with more than 2 people if you're new to escape rooms, we managed to do everything and escape with but it was a real race against the clock to complete everything you needed to do to complete the room.

Update 25/03/24: this has now been surpassed by Case Closed in Edinburgh for the best room we've done! 
By far, the best escape room we've done. The set design is beautiful, and the puzzles are a real mix of locks and puzzles which makes the game my absolute favourite to date. We started to panic thinking we might get locked in this room because of the number of puzzles, but we managed to make it out in time! The host was brilliant, Enigma have really excelled themselves with this game!
