Team size: 6 Outcome: Successful escape!

Clever premise - quite a simple room, but lots to do and very different to most rooms we've done. Works well as a virtual room.

Outcome: Successful escape!

Some good use of video, and tech. I'm not a huge fan of having to read lots, and use the inventory a lot, so it lost marks for me there, but an enjoyable room and a new take on a casino theme that you see a lot.

Outcome: Successful escape!

Great looking room, good use of the theme, and some very clever puzzles. We do a lot of rooms and one of the puzzles stumped us for ages ... in a good way :) Love the enthusiasm for books.

Outcome: Successful escape!

Not a bad room - bit of strange logic behind some of the puzzles. The mix of collecting evidence / opening locks was a bit clunky at times compared to other online only rooms, but we still had a decent enough time and will try their other rooms.

Really good example of a purely online experience. The level of the detail the guys have gone to is great, unique theme and great value for money.

Team size: 5 Outcome: Successful escape!

Good room with some surprising aspects we haven't seen in other rooms. Had us thinking :)

Team size: 5 Outcome: Successful escape!

A must-do room for GOT fans. But even if you don't know the show it's a fun theme. Clever puzzles, good set, lots to do, variety of puzzles. Really good value for money.

I really enjoyed this one - for a first generation escape room it's really good - non stop puzzles, heaps to do, stuff we'd never seen before, and a really good use of the theme. The avatar paced things well and while they use a different inventory system it worked well and fit the theme well.

Team size: 5 Outcome: Successful escape!

Strong modern room with some cool tech, a. good story, and some puzzles which got us thinking. Definitely recommend.

Team size: 5 Time taken: 52 Outcome: Successful escape!

Clever room with lots to work out - our team took 10-15 mins longer than we normally do to get out of a room, so it was a good challenge

Team size: 5 Time taken: 48:00 Outcome: Successful escape!

Really nice set with some good technology. Fun, family friendly one.

Team size: 3 Outcome: Successful escape!

Really good example of how to turn a real life room into a point and click game. Nice theme, some different stuff we haven't seen in other rooms. Liked that different team members could solve different things at different times. Normally I only like avatar games, but this was a great example of a room that can be done at any hour of the day and still feel like an escape room.

Team size: 5 Time taken: 52:00 Outcome: Successful escape!

Really enjoyed this room - the avatar had fun interacting with the team, and stayed in character which was great. There was lots to do, with some different stuff I haven't seen before, and they used other staff members well. At one point I was laughing so hard I couldn't speak. Definitely recommend.

Team size: 4 Outcome: Successful escape!

Just a bit too easy - we were out in about half an hour and wanted more rooms!

Team size: 2 Outcome: Successful escape!

One of the worst escape rooms I've done in Central London - too reliant on mechanics which were flawed.

Outcome: Successful escape!

Enjoyed the start of this one and the theme was done well with the puzzles

Outcome: Successful escape!

Hmm ... not really a fan of the stalker-like theme. Some of the puzzles were very obscure - which makes it tricky when it's browser based with no avatar. Good value for money, but some aspects need a rethink (a woman talking about losing weight, a man chasing a woman round the globe etc)

Team size: 5 Time taken: 30:00 Outcome: Successful escape!

Do this for Jayson's British accent alone ;)

Love these guys, their rooms are well priced, the puzzles are clever and varied, and they always deliver something different.

Better than their Morse Code room (unless you're doing it in real life and can then abseil). More puzzles, but I didn't love it. Confusing mix of technology for a war time room. Avatar was trying a bit more to engage (which was an issue we had with their other room) so they get a point for that, but I still wouldn't recommend it. I think there is a clear difference between a room added to an activity centre as another thing to do, and rooms created by enthusiasts who love escape rooms. Also - they record your video 'for safety' ... how are they keeping me safe in my house while I'm on Zoom? seemed a bit creepy and unnecessary. One final point - the admin at this centre is atrocious! We booked a game, and then they didn't send us a link or realise we were booked to play. We complained about the Β£20 add on in Morse Code (not worth it at all) and GDPR concerns. It took them a week to get back to us, they gave us this game free ... and then it took another week for anyone to reply to get it booked in. Considering. this is a leisure / activity centre, and not a one man band, I would expect a lot more from their customer service / levels of professionalism.

First browser based / point and click game that I've actually enjoyed! This is what all escape rooms should do to preserve a room forever after they get rid of it. Great use of Telescape, good value for money, decent puzzles.

Hmm ... our team got very bored playing this game and needed a lot of things broken down by the avatar. Morse code doesn't work very well over zoom, especially when played fast. There were some issues playing audio at the wrong times which broke the illusion a bit, but the main issues were that the video clips are far too long, the story is flawed to the point that you don't really want to save the victims, and there is too much reliance on the very long video clips. I like the premise, but would have been better to just have the avatar in the box, rather than as a detective helping us. One of the clues was so vague that we spent 20 mins on Google Maps, and the avatar just gave up and played the success clip without us working out the correct 4 digit code!

Outcome: Successful escape!

Probably my favourite Christmas room - sufficiently bonkers, just like Hilda's first room :)

Outcome: Successful escape!

Really different and fun. Well designed for Covid times. Needs earlier sessions to be GMT friendly though!

Agreed re creepy vibe - was a bit of a random place! Walking through an empty building, out onto a balcony and then into a dark room to wait! Definitely put me on edge before I even started.

Loved this room - lots to do. Definitely recommend!
