The year is 1605 - Robert Catesby has summoned you to the duck and drake in London. The date is the 5th day of the 11th month - King James I resides on the throne. Catesby has gathered a following of disgruntled Catholics, all of whom do not like the way the Church of England are treating the Catholic people. His plan is to reduce the Houses of Parliament to rubble whilst King James is inside. Over the past weeks barrels of gunpowder have been secretly placed under the key pillar of the Parliament building. You and your team have been tasked with the detonation. Find the explosives, plant the dynamite and blow the King sky high. Can you re-write the history books?

Thematically fun with good live actor elements. Beware if you are well-endowed in the height department - there are low ceilings in this game. Sore backs and bumped heads galore!

Great host and original story. As experienced players we found it very easy (roughly done in half the time). Donβt take this as a negative as it was all logical, fun and on theme. We had lots of giggles and was a nice room to end the day on.

Didn't really know what to expect with this theme, but it did not disappoint! Theming was great, hosting wonderful as usual, and the interactive nature of this game really sets it out from the others! The puzzles were a delight as well. Some were just really simple but highly effective!

This was a theme we were really looking forward to and we loved being in the world of 1605. It's a straightforward room with one particularly clever moment that made us chuckle.
Hosting is important in this game and ours didn't disappoint. We enjoyed the theatrical moments of this game...
I've never associated Guy Fawkes with Rawtenstall, but I'm sure that if he had then he would have frequented Lucardo's tavern with its questionable clientele. Great puzzles and a wonderfully funny bit of theatre makes this a great game with a very satisfying ending. So much fun!
The latest from Lucardo did not disappoint and is once again a lot of fun to play incorporating some great dramatic and theatrical moments (that key eh?). The game is set around Guy Fawkes as he tries to blow up parliament and incorporates you into the plot. Whilst possibly not historically accurate this is a fun game with a lot going for it.

Another brilliant escape room from Lucardo, every single detail is though through in their rooms and it just really immerses you in the scene. highly enjoyable!

The most impressive fact with Treason is that Simon and his family have built it all themselves, a true family effort, and the effort shows and it is a room he should really be proud of!
