A combination of great hosting, some quality puns, some original puzzles and a focus on communication and teamwork make this a quality escape room that we would certainly recommend. There is one particular moment that stands out as being absolutely lovely and certainly a first for us!
Super hosting in particular from Dr Chisel Tenderloin, who really upped the enjoyment factor.
This escape room should not be missed. Loads of intresting and non standard puzzles. Some which really needed team work to complete. Loved the ending with the suprise.
Host was sometimes too eager to give clues.
Had a lot of fun in here. GM Barry was great and really enjoyed the puzzles and flow of the game. No padlocks in sight, so fairly inventive and unique puzzles. Set was really good and liked the clue system and decision aspect at the end of the game
Not much of a pub guy, so odd to find myself in one, but you soon forget that as soon as the game start. Lots of cool moments and tech.
Quite a small game. Host made up for game being a bit bland. Odd setting in a pub.
Had a great GM (Doctor Boffin), beautiful set dressing, great puzzles. Bar one minor issue with something not working quite as it should, we had a lovely time - plenty to do in the time frame, and some very geeky enjoyable moments included. Plus you can take your pint in with you! Do this one after their other game otherwise the time frame won't make sense (you could still play, but it would be a shame to miss out on this aspect).
Fantastic Room with a Fantastic Host! D.A.V.E was a real treat throughout and i'll miss little Norman. Beautifully designed with a good distribution between logical and physical puzzles.
Hubster's 100th room!
The staff behind Bewilder Box are the best I've come across. The enthusiasm and character development is brilliant, and very immersive.

There must be a great deal of pressure in coming up with a sequel to a game as well-known as the first Bewilder Box room, finding ways to live up to expectations and to do something new without losing what made the original work so well. Judgement D.A.V.E. hits it out of the park.
The storyline brings you back to the same fictional institute - although note that the real-world location is a different pub, this time out in Hove some distance from Brighton centre. Having proved yourselves in the ...
I really enjoyed Judgement DAVE, it’s a room with buckets of charm, an excellent set, and some of my favourite puzzles I’ve played in a long time. I’d love to extend a big round of applause to the designers and to our host, the fantastic Doctor Archie Bald.
