A classic theme and a really solid game that we enjoyed trawling through. It's a bit low on lighting in here, which made some of the locks a bit difficult to see and that's always something I find a little bit frustrating but that's entirely personal preference so it might bother some!

Some solid puzzles and a nice bit of communication needed.

Once again, locked up in seperate cells you have to escape before the guard comes to take you to court in 60 minutes.  There's a lot to do in this room including a maths puzzle that they give you a calculator for!  A couple of logic puzzles but there's a lot to do so take a group of 3-4.

The mix of tech, mechanical challenges and maths-type puzzles is maybe a better fit for a younger generation, and the room would be easier with 3 players on-point

As one of Clue HQ's older games, Cell Block C is available at over half a dozen locations around the country, and I had not rushed to try it on the assumption that its age meant it would be one of the company's less interesting offerings. But it neatly filled a gap in our day's schedule of escape rooms, and I was pleased to discover it actually stood up well to most of Clue HQ's newer escape rooms.

Imprisoned for a crime you didn't commit due to the machinations of Clue HQ's usual bad guy antag...

We haven't done many but this was the best ClueHQ room we've done so far. Good room design and only one annoying puzzle, not a bad way to spend an hour
