We preferred this to the witch room, but they do share similarities. 

Some jump scare moments, generally enjoyable puzzles and a nice story throughout.

A solid room, great theming, not a huge amount of puzzles, and very dimly lit.

Not your typical padlock or escape room puzzles, some more think outside the box stuff here, but enjoyable nonetheless. There is one bit of tech/electronics that really does stand out by ruining the immersion element that could be easily fixed.

This room was a little strange, as we got to the end in a little over 30 mins despite really taking our time,  with us both expecting another room/couple of rooms as it seemed incredibly short.

Nothing particularly challenging or exciting, rather underwhelming.

An interesting room this one, probably one of the largest in terms of room size yet it was themed well.

There's a room change involved where the immersion is slightly lost, plus we left key items in the first room which hampered our progress in the next one which didn't help.

All in all, very enjoyable, a couple of broken tech bits and a shame the extra loot at the end wasn't added up to some kind of total/scoring system.

One of the more enjoyable rooms here at Breakout. Some good puzzles, very immersive and plenty to keep a team of two busy for the whole hour.

A room that's showing it's age. The first part being better than the second, with some rather clunky mechanics and longer more elaborate puzzles. Not a huge amount to do, but I imagine it'll be replaced soon to be brought up to the standard of the other rooms here.

A basic but enjoyable room.

Apparently the hardest here at breakout with the lowest escape rate, yet for us the easiest one, we struggled a lot more on others.

Great room like all the rooms at escapism, you can really tell they put the effort in on the sets here.

It turned out to be rather easy, except one puzzle which the staff mentioned they'd made easier to fall in line with the rest of the room.

Hosting was great as always, no unprompted clues and an enjoyable room that could do with a few more puzzles.

Somewhat basic puzzles, yet plenty of them which surprised us with how little time we had left at the end.

Great room like all the rooms at escapism, this is probably the best one here. You can really tell they put the effort in on the sets, plenty of puzzles for a team of two to keep busy for the full hour, we literally made it out in the dying seconds.

Not quite sure how to rate this one. It's the room which broke our long escape streak...

Perhaps the timing wasn't great, being locked in a shipping container mid-summer, with a flashing light and loud noises for an hour may have been an oversight...

There were some enjoyable parts, along with some illogical puzzles, but in the end we struggled from the off and didn't find the whole experience overly enjoyable.

A really unique collecting room with plenty to keep you busy for the whole hour. It all revolves around collecting as many stars as you can within the hour, with a huge variety of puzzles to solve: some linear, some non-linear.

An enjoyable experience I'd recommend to anyone!

A great room owned by the same company as the Whitly Bay pirate themed escape rooms.

Not overly challenging, but plenty of puzzles to keep a team of 2 busy. Some nice elements and it does flow well as a fairly linear room.

On the whole a solid room, great location and decent puzzles apart from one which was a little illogical.

We blitzed through most puzzles but got stuck on one for 10 minutes (we attempt all rooms without asking for clues where possible) we finally caved and asked for a hint, only to be told something we've already figured out. After asking for a further clue we were again fed information we'd already figured out.  A little more thought into giving better hints would go a long way here.

Added the overpriced tag due to being £14 more expensive on a Friday compared to Thursday.
