One of the "classic experiences" offered by this company (rather than the "premium experiences" which are just off the scale) - so more of a classic escape room and no live actors. I thought the start was very clever and original and we enjoyed it a lot. It was let down slightly by a reset error which meant we opened some things in the wrong order. These things happen and the GM did manage to adjust so we could complete the game, but we were a little confused. We played here due to travelling in the area - I absolutely recommend this company, but if you can only fit in a few games I would focus on their "premium" experiences (which are amazing) - but if you wanted to slot in a classic room as well I'm sure you'd enjoy this one.

What can be said for this room other than, wow! The magic interwoven throughout the room was brilliant. Tom has created something very special in this room; magic combined with the puzzles and challenges of an escape room worked so well for a truly memorable experience in this room! Tom also took the time afterwards to explain different elements of the room and it was lovely to get the backstory to how the room was created, and the nods to his life throughout the game really add to the sense of authenticity of this game.
The puzzles were of a reasonable difficulty, we really enjoyed the flow of the room and the sheer number of puzzles that were packed in there. All in all, this is an unmissable game and one worthy of its status in the world of escape rooms!

A nice room, apparently very new. Good story, good theming and set. My only criticism is there are an awful lot of padlocks, probably more than any other room I have done, and after stooping down to enter a code into a tiny little lock for the 10th time, it does wear a little thin. It would have been nice if there was a bit more automated electronic unlocking of things, and a few less padlocks.
That said, the puzzles were great and the clue delivery system was really cool and very in keeping with the theme. Some nice surprised and magical moments.
Definitely worth doing.

The most out there and different escape room experience i've seen so far. The theming is incredible and the way the game is built into the room is really unusual. Its a split start and you are actually chained up (although in a fire escape safe way).
The hosting was probably the best ive had, with the game masters costume and character and humour all being perfect.
Worth playing purely for the originality and unusualness, let alone the rest.
