Vvery good linear escape room with lots of different elements with the right level of difficulty. Really enjoyed this room- however there is one part where there are pieces of an old puzzle that was off putting which we wasted time at.

A lovely wizard themed escape room. The space is beautiful, puzzles are logical and the game works linearly. Brilliant escape room for families.

A really fun room, with a good mix of puzzle types. There was plenty to do with two of us and we were kept occupied for the entire time we were in there.

If you're a small team with less experience then this might be tricky just because of the sheer amount there is to do.

AVOID.

Booked and paid £100 for my daughter’s 12th birthday escape room. Arrived to find removal men stripping the place out. Sheffield had been closed for weeks. We were never told.

I had to chase a refund across multiple calls and emails. It eventually arrived with zero communication. Three emails asking about compensation for a ruined 12-year-old’s birthday party were ignored completely.

The website is still live, still showing the Sheffield venue, still accepting bookings and payments for a site that no longer existed.

If you’re thinking of booking for something that actually matters  a birthday, a special occasion  think very carefully.

A neat little room for HP fans (or anyone else who loves a magical adventure)

Great room. Loved the HP theme. As we have done a few rooms now this was on the easier side of rooms. Puzzles were well connected to the story. Great fun for the family!

Witchcraft & Wizardry is certainly a pretty room, with plenty of fan service to those who like the Harry Potter franchise. It's also a noticeably small room, which means this is a game I'd recommend playing with a small team.

To my cynical eye it was rather heavily based on unlocking one padlocked drawer after another, with a few more red herring items than I can approve of. The rule that everything is used exactly once was broken in the other direction too, with an item being unexpectedly need...

If things were running smoothly this is probably an ok room, particularly for children or new players. But if you’re an enthusiast I think you’ll find this room rather lacking and one to avoid.
A pretty room with a reasonable and nicely structured set of puzzles. Although it could most definitely be improved, we enjoyed our time in the game and, as London games go, it would sneak into my top half.

In the almost-year since I’ve visited, but it definitely stands out as one of my favourites of 2020. I’d recommend this for a beginner team, a team of magic fans, or anyone wanting a satisfying escape room experience.

We needed a family-friendly room, and this fits the bill beautifully - minimal jeopardy in a fantastical yet cosily familiar world.
