Several issues with this game. Firstly, I would say that for first time players or young kids they would probably enjoy this game a lot more than I did. However, I can only review my own experience!
There was a lot of puzzles that didnโt really make sense as to how we completed them or why certain things had to go in certain places other than just because โthatโs where the magnet is that trigger the puzzleโ. A severe lack of signposting with a lot of the puzzles made for some very frustrating moments. We also completed one puzzle by fluke but even when it was explained to us, it didnโt feel like what we did should have triggered it. There was also one part that wasnโt used which when we asked about after the host seemed just as confused and said it might have been leftover from an older puzzle from the room.
There was some lovely moments that I did still enjoy and a couple of unique elements to the room that if they were polished up and the puzzles made a bit more in depth/clearer then this room does have a lot of potential.
Overall at ยฃ30pp and getting out in 32 minutes it did feel like we massively overpaid for this experience and I would advise people to travel further afield to play much better games
We found this game really good fun with some unique features and a couple of wow moments. Some great fun elements too.
We were testers for this room and it is a fun room and has a lot of potential. The set design is great, a simple room to start with a clever transition in to a beautiful Hook-esque Neverland. Not a room for puzzle hungry escapists with the puzzles being light and more active but perfect for family enjoyment
We are used to the unenthusiastic staff at the venue so did not expect much. Being left waiting in the lobby without any explanation for 15 minutes was a new low though.
The room itself has a lot of potential, but clearly some things are triggered by the game host. We thus waited a rather long time for something to happen after we had fulfilled the first task.
The main room is beautifully designed, has a lot of high tech and really a lot of potential. Sadly it's completely let down by the lack of maintenance. In a room that's merely been open a few months to have 2 items broken is quite unfortunate. One of them made it impossible to fulfill one of the objectives. If you build a family friendly room, maybe consider making it less susceptible to damage by children?
Really enjoyed playing this room, its not the most challenging on an intellectual/puzzle level, however, its seriously good fun to play. A somewhat humble and understated beginning leads on to a beautifully designed main set full of surprises!

When all was said and done, this game exceeded any expectations we may have had. A real family favourite, which fills a great gap in the market for newcomers to the escape room world, families who love to laugh, and the enthusiasts amongst us that like to let their hair down and experience something a little different.
Do yourselves a favour, and Return to Neverland. Its a journey and experience we will never forget!
