We played The Sacrifice straight after Woman In Black, which I wouldnโ€™t recommend doing despite the two venues being quite close to each other, because thereโ€™s considerable overlap in the style of set and scares: they both have supernatural spirits haunting gothic old-fashioned locations.
The world that The Sacrifice creates is even more large-scale, and we rapidly lost any sense of orientation, plunging through one dark and misty scene after another. Youโ€™re exploring the cursed village of Torr...

The setting is realistic and pretty impressive! The gloomy village of Torryborn was built on an area of over 450+ square meters and is explored more and more in the course of the mission. The atmosphere is pretty spooky and as youโ€™d expect, youโ€™re not alone. The characters donโ€™t seem to like strangers snooping around their village and do their best to stop them. You can never feel safe and should avoid encounters with them whenever possible.
