We contacted the company prior to playing the game as one of us had not long had an operation on their wrist and was in a cast. We asked if we could still play or re-arrange as these rooms were booked prior to the operation. Were told could play on. Room itself was flawed with blacklight torches not working correctly and highlighting elements that were needed. A clue hidden was difficult to untighten and one of final puzzles was a laser maze that you had to get through which was not mentioned when we were discussing the broken wrist. Fully fit time may have got out especially with equipment that would work correctly.
My biggest problem with Game over is that the staff are clearly running multiple games.. 3+ at once. This massively impacts the delivery of your clues.
