You are one of Santa’s magnificent elves. You’ve been working all year to prepare for this year’s glorious present delivery. There hasn’t been a workplace accident in 3000 years, and you’re determined to not let it happen tonight. Preparing for a smooth night ahead… You sit down at the control station to guide Santa along his flight with a hot cup of cocoa in hand, but then DISASTER STRUCK! There’s hot cocoa everywhere, on everything! The system is fried, things are smoky, and red lights are going off everywhere. It’s pure chaos! Santa checks in to see if everything is running right on schedule, and of course, you’re going to lie and tell him everything’s good! You have to hurry and fix everything because he’s about to take off!

Fun Christmas theme. Bit too linear for my liking - and some very obvious signposting so you feel a bit spoon-fed through-out the process, but the avatar was enthusiastic and on theme, and there was some good video integration

Family-friendly and extraordinarily festive—if you're excited about the theme, this will probably be great fun. Definitely on the easy side, but we enjoyed the final sequence.

Christmas rooms are rapidly becoming a perennial favourite as they quickly book up as venues only tend to run them for so long (well duh..)  This latest one is a lot of fun where you have to help Jingles the elf repair some damage and find the spirit of Christmas.  I was initially dubious as when logged into the website and you see a list of puzzles, but these are mostly aids to help you solve the puzzles.  There is an awful lot of tech in this room as well and you need to engage in some puzzles at home, heed the warning on the email about scissors!

Does the perfect Christmas game exist? Well, I can’t say for sure, but if it isn’t, then The Hot Chocolate Incident comes pretty close, and I can’t think of a more perfect way to get into the holiday spirit

Christmas-themed games are often kids-oriented, and while this one can definitely be played by the whole family, the older crowd will appreciate the subtle comedic touches, and the host's quirky personality. Difficulty-wise, well, I'm unsure...
