Sir Lancelot seduced beautiful Ginewra, the love of King Arthur, the knight who was afraid that the secret will come out, plotted a conspiracy and threw you in the dungeon as traitors to Arthur’s crest, what is the most severe crime in the kingdom. You execution will take place in exactly 90 minutes at castle square. The crowd is already gathering in front of the executioner who will perform the execution. Will you manage to convince the king that you are innocent during that time? Now everything depend only on you…

Team size: 2 Outcome: Successful escape!

quite difficult

Challenging for a 2 player as there is a lot of content, non linear in parts and some objects used more than once (pet peeve). Nice set with some cool effects but lacked intensity and we personally felt the game dragged in parts. If you've only time for one - the abandoned hotel is a much superior option.

This was definitely a challenge as a 2 as there are so many puzzles to solve. Lots of the puzzles were part of wider puzzles so it was important to keep track of things we had already done. There was a good mix of physical and mental puzzles. They have done very well at this site to cater to English speakers. All of the staff could speak perfect English. Good use of effects to make it more immersive.

Absolutely excellent. A real adventure. Beautiful theming, so many puzzles. Unmissable if in Wroclaw.

Instead, we plunged straight into King Arthur's Dungeons, another 90 minute game of over-the-top quality. In a curious inversion of normal Arthurian legend, Lancelot is a malign would-be usurper who has framed you, and you must escape and save the kingdom. This started off as a nice medieval themed room, and then stepped it up, and then when I thought we were about to finish it kicked things up another notch. A game of this quality and size would be the showpiece room at most venues, so it's remarkable that it was only my third favourite at Exit19.
