Weirdest building I’ve been to for an escape game but it fit the vibe for the story we were about to solve. The start of the game was really immersive from the unusual entry to the games unit and the in-character bartender appearing. The game itself was quite basic and relied heavily on simple world play riddles which was disappointing but would still be good fun for newbies.
Agreed re creepy vibe - was a bit of a random place! Walking through an empty building, out onto a balcony and then into a dark room to wait! Definitely put me on edge before I even started.
The whole place is creepy- no one greets you and when they do, they are fully in character. The room puts you on edge but the tasks are great, we really enjoyed the whole experience.
I remember at the time we did this room it was one of the most immersive we'd done and the entrance to the building and the host in character was so perfectly creepy we were so excited to start playing.
I don't remember much about the puzzles; I know friends who went post-Covid who didn't click with the game like we did which could have been a different host or perhaps we hadn't played many games at that point.

On seeing the pre-launch website for this company I mentally marked it down as one to get excited about. The 'urban fairy tales' concept presses my buttons, and the description suggested a very promising focus on immersion and drama. A room full of puzzles can be great fun, but all my favourite games have been driven by story and immersion, or at least by atmosphere and theme.
