The collection continues to grow.
His morbid fascination with body parts consumes him like a disease.
Unsatiated, he seeks more victims for dismemberment.
Lucky for him, there is a never-ending supply chain.
A rampant serial killer is terrorising the local population.
Dubbed ‘Killjoy’ by the media, he seems to select his victims based on their propensity for fun.

This one really divided our team- 2 hated it and 2 enjoyed it, and I can see why. The mechanics of the game are quite unusual in the sense that time in the game can be both lost and won. There’s a lot to do and some very unconventional solve paths. Only 13 teams have finished it so far, and it is definitely doable (we were about 1 minute off!). Very physical game so definitely need to be nimble!
The poster for this game and the age rating make it seem considerably more scary than it actually is. Some random loud noises and one jump scare moment.

We were only the 3rd team to escape the horrors of Killjoy, but not because the game is unfair. It will challenge players to think outside the box, but the solution is there if you look hard enough. But I can see this style of game being very hit or miss with players.
