LevelUp Escapes: The Snowbound Express

My wife and I absolutely loved this one! As others have mentioned, it's an 'intense', in-your-face immersive experience with some brilliantly funny moments that remind you it's not just about escaping, it's about having an unforgettable time. The game is packed with spectacular moments, and for us, the sheer enjoyment of the 'experience' itself was the real highlight. If you're looking for an room that delivers more on excitement and entertainment in equal measure, this one is a must!

An absolutely bonkers experience that's not for the shy, retiring type; role-play is fairly essential in some form or another and the hosts are excellent at providing those opportunities to join in with the fun. There's all sorts of things going on in here and some very inventive things indeed, particularly taking into account the space. Our preferences are geared more towards puzzles and there aren't loads in here but it's a real hoot and we can imagine families with children absolutely loving this.

Wow, what an absolute blast! This room was packed with so many unexpected twists and turns that we couldn’t stop talking about it afterwards. It’s clear that an incredible amount of thought and creativity went into the design and humor of this room. This easily went into my Top 5. 

An absolute hidden gem of a room. A truly outstanding experience in every way, immersive, imaginative and hilarious with great hosts. Go and play this game, you will not be disappointed!

Wow. I really enjoyed this room, there were soooo many 'Fun' moments, that I just did not except and see coming, we played this with some family friend's, and their children everyone left buzzing about a part they had played. They have really outdone themselves here and I really would recommend giving it a play. 

It is not the most difficult room at all, however we had a great experience.

We thought this was such a fun, fun, fun game, it is not what we expected at all from their festive offering. There were some really really cool moments throughout, and something for everyone.  Puzzles were not too difficult and all made sense and flowed itself together really nicely. 

I really enjoyed the festive touches, and the characters we had interaction with.

If you are around to play this I really would not miss it this Christmas.

Another trip to LevelUp and another incredible room. This might just take the spot of our favourite that they offer, and is definitely up there in our top Christmas rooms. As always, there’s very unique surprises that I won’t spoil, but I do want to say how refreshing it always is to find some things you’ve never seen before! I get the sense that they try to out do themselves each time and it’s easy to feel the excitement. The set is incredibly cool, with some fantastic details and the hosting was just the icing on the cake. They’ve really taken immersion to the next level with this one and we truly left having not just enjoyed but also feeling like we’d had a real adventure. Coming out into the axe throwing venue felt a little like stepping back out of Narnia through the wardrobe, and was a really welcome treat as we actually had some time to spare before dinner. Overall a good selection of puzzles and a great completion to their offering. If you’re looking for a Christmas game you absolutely cannot miss this!
