Always great to see a new venue closer to home so was excited to try this one. A little trouble finding it originally due to post code and sat nav not quite matching up. The waiting area was very much in theme and a very friendly welcome with some sweets was much appreciated. The room was good fun and some nice puzzles, one had our group stumped for some time but what stood out was the attention to detail with the theming of the room and waiting area. It is very much a WW2 themed business with lots of little original props and nice touches to remind you of this throughout. Overall a good first room and look forward to what comes next with the 2 more planned rooms in the future.

Super creative, immersive game with excellent attention to detail. Lots of passion and energy has gone into creating this room. Also one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Will definitely be returning to play the new rooms when they open!

Hut17 was a wonderful experience. The production values were exceptional throughout, with everything fitting the period nicely. Within the room the sound effects and atmosphere lent a fun sense of pressure.Technically the room was a great challenge for 4. A good variety of puzzles and mechanics, as well as a wonderful bit of custom electronics which blended seamlessly into the setting.

Given the 1940s theming, the Games Designer has done very well to research into every element of the game, and it shows. All tec is cleverly hidden and nothing stands out as being out of place in the room. The theming is amongst some of the best I've ever seen and the puzzles are all well thought through, flowing nicely with the storyline. All members of my team really enjoyed the use of theatrics in the room and the clue system used in the room is very well thought out to continue the immersion!

I would 10/10 recommend this room, we all agree its shot up to one of our favorite's. Looking forward to seeing what they do next, a very promising first room!

A love letter to the codebreakers of Bletchley Park, and to the 1940s in general, Hut 17 is the first offering from a brand new venue, Cipher, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.

Hut 17 at Cipher is without a doubt our favourite Escape Room to date in Milton Keynes. It’s great mix of authentic theming, novel takes on puzzles and consistent scenario meant we left feeling not only really pleased with our times but also happy that there was a serious venue with high quality rooms in the local area.
