This was everything I dreamed it would be: a quaint street festooned with seasonal decor, a plethora of padlocks and quirky puzzles, with the added bonus of one of the most inventive clue systems we've seen.It is such a delight to do a game that the GM evidently loves and to see such enthusiasm from a GM: Bradley was welcoming, friendly and lovely to chat to afterwards. Advent Alley is a delicious Christmas treat with the only downside being that we wanted more!

So much fun in the run up to Christmas. Really good use of the space, both the room and puzzles were really well themed. We loved the way clues could be communicated, very original. Great Games Master. Highly recommend!

This game has a lot packed into a tiny space. We really enjoyed the mix of puzzles in this game and the really fun, overly cheesy ending. For a Christmas game this is one of the best Iβve played.

A breathtaking set at first sight, brilliant smorgasbord of puzzles and lots of fun touches. Make sure you ask for a clue.even if you don't need one. Just loved it!

This was a fun one, and lots to do which is always enjoyable - had some tech issues but nothing serious (still annoying however).
For us it was a bit too similar to Loot the Lanes in Brighton which meant that the set up was sort of familiar, and unfortunately has less space to move around in here.
However the theming is top notch and the puzzles were good - not immediately obvious what to do but then you have a great aha monent when things start to click in your head.
Our first Christmas room, in August! Didnβt make a difference as fully taken in by the experience. Love the fact that much of the start is non linear and naturally can split off to what takes your eye. Note not all puzzles are solvable straight away. I would recommend using a hint otherwise would miss out! Fun and unexpected ending. Brad was a great host too and joined in with our banter.
What a fun and beautiful ER! We had such a fun time making our way through a great mix of puzzles. Good use of available space. Traditional puzzles and plenty to do, without feeling overwhelmed. Lots of love has gone into this room with some whimsical elements! Cracking clue system (one Iβll never forget). Great GM which added to the overall experience.
Played this Christmas themed game with my son, his girlfriend and my daughter (aged 9). We all thoroughly enjoyed yet another great experience from Unsolved/Hysteria. Nice range of puzzles which suit all ages of players. Props and theming on point. Host and staff friendly. Can't wait for Xmas 2023 game! Highly recommended.
Wonderful family-friendly Christmas game with a nice range of puzzles, many of which are at a lower level. There's also a good range of difficulties in the puzzles too, so ideal for families and plenty to keep everyone occupied. I was going to give it 4 out of 5 stars, but I've given an extra half-star for the clue system/host, who is absolutely brilliant, and also likes to be "boop-ed" π
Imagine a street, at Christmas time, in the snow, on Christmas eve. This is advent alley, you have 24 puzzles to solve before the clock strikes midnight in order to save Christmas. This is another puzzle-fest style game (like Mr Copplestones, Daylight Robbery, etc.) where you have a plethora of puzzles to work on, can't solve something, move onto the next one and come back to it. This was a great deal of fun, an hilarious hint system and an ending that everyone can't help but join in on. Recommended.

Buried underground, utilising the original paved floor, walls and archways, it is genuinely impressive in a small area and has the strength of feeling like a real alley. Added by a terrific intro from the adorable elf Bradley, we started with a great sense of adventure (and, oddly, a box of ginβ¦)
