Love a collect as much as you can game and enjoyed finding some of the sneaky hiding spots for the tokens! We finished with 37/40 points and were pretty chuffed with that! Great puzzles and lots of creativity and love has gone into building it. Easily my favourite at this venue!
Fantastic experience. I do love games that have side objectives.
We scored 36, just missing out on one more gold and two silver.
I tend to dawdle along in escape rooms to avoid escaping too soon but this game kept us busy right down to the last minute.
Would recommend it for newbies and experts alike.
The set and puzzle design is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty to do in this room and the variety of puzzle types really sets this game apart from your ordinary escape room. We very nearly got the lot as a two. Great hosting
We absolutely loved this game! Lots of creative puzzles including some we haven't seen before. It will likely keep you busy right up until the last second of the hour! I love physical puzzles and this room was great for that.
Would recommend for newbies, experienced escapers, couples, groups, families. Do ask about physical accessibility if you aren't sure.
Lee is a great host and we had loads of fun. We will be returning.
Really enjoyed the side quests in this one, and the puzzles are really engaging, although maybe a little mismatch with the theme sometimes. Also the set is not quite as immersive as it could be, but very good room apart from those niggles!
Loads to do and some extremely clever puzzles, some damn near impossible to get but none unfair. As with most collection rooms, frustrating when you finish and find out what you missed, but thoroughly enjoyable and you'll fill an hour in there easily.
This is my favourite of the three games at this venue. The game is a set of puzzles connecting various rooms in order to score 'coins' and to also free the Minotaur. There's a lot of puzzles here ranging from dexterity, search, physical and one of the best water based puzzles I've sen in a long time. Our host was Ian (the owner) who GMd us brilliantly throughout. The theming here isn't as strong as in Mystic's cabin but it definitely scores on the ideas and gameplay front.
Loved it! Such a variety of puzzles including ones I’ve never seen before, and really fun interactive elements. Really enjoyed collecting the tokens as well as completing the main escape objective. The room was so well designed and you could tell a lot of time and energy had gone into building each element, as it was themed so well. Great friendly hosting, and we enjoyed that the host took us round the room at the end to show us where the tokens were that we’d missed and how to solve the puzzles we’d missed too!
An excellent room that is both linear and non-linear. The objective is not just to escape but also to collect tokens that are hidden in the room. There are a total of 40 points available of which we got 35 points. You have to escape within the hour but frequent updates on the time remaining help ensure that you escape on time whilst doing the remaining searching.
The puzzles to escape are fairly easy to solve and we required no hints, the challenge of this room comes from finding all the tokens some of which are devious but rewarding when you find them.
There is an amazing mix of tech and physical in this room which wouldn't be out of place in the Crystal Maze, there are some unique puzzles that I haven't seen before and everything feels fair and there is a good mix of back and forth between the different sections.
There are also a few moments that don't necessarily click whilst playing the game but thinking about them afterwards caused the a-ha moments and a good laugh about how you missed it in the first place.
Hopefully this company gets more recognition as it certainly deserves it.
