A centuries-old myth tells the story of a Cannibal Wizard. According to that myth, he hid a fabulous treasure in the middle of a sanctuary on an island lost in the pacific.
After years of research, famous archeologist Marc Haulabois finally finds it. Instead of ruins, he comes across an untouched sanctuary where black magic remains.
What if the wizard still has adepts?
Marc Haulabois discovers that some rituals prevent anyone from accessing the treasure.
He decides to build a team of adventurers ready to take any risk in order to help him get to it.

The word ‘Cannibal’ is one I associate more with grim serial killer rooms, but this game is about as cheerful and upbeat as any game I remember that involves severed body parts. The cannibals here are tribesmen on an obscure island; don’t expect nuanced and sympathetic portrayals of indigenous culture, this is the Indiana Jones style of archaeology.

Quest Factory offers two escape adventures – Balkan Operation and Cannibal Island. A third room, Top Secret Project Delta, is under construction.

During our visit Cannibal Island had just opened. It was more of a spontaneous booking, we hadn’t heard anything about this room yet and therefore no high expectations.
