Outcome: Successful escape!
The first and toughest challenge here was to remotely teach the GM how to use Google Meet! We made our own meet and invited her to it, as it was easier.
Once we had all got online, and she'd calmed down from her state of complete panic, the game went well, fun room with some interesting puzzles in there, just allow extra time for tech issues at the start.
