Those fools! They thought you could never build your own submarine! But here you are: King of the seven seas! The only problem is that your compass seems to be brokenโ€ฆ
You should probably fix it before you get lost inside your own kingdom.

Once again, a seemingly simple set of objects belies a complicated game, this one also relies on outside links and web pages and combines them in clever ways (we were so guilty of overthinking so much of this), these games are a lot of fun and heavy on the puzzling.

We enjoyed YouEscape games even before we could play puzzle games only from home. YouEscape games were puzzle-y and creative. Their delivery was rudimentary, but charming. In the middle of a pandemic, these games are a delight.
YouEscapeโ€™s third instalment has us needing to fix our compass using electromagnetism so we donโ€™t get lost at sea.

This third YouEscape adventure was probably my least favorite thus far. ๐Ÿ™ (And as I write this, I actually played 5, so that assessment is even more meaningful.) I'm not exactly sure what the problem was, though. Once again, the puzzles were varied and original, leveraging a few web pages I had never even heard of. I can easily imagine other folks enjoying it. Perhaps all the engineering-flavored puzzles reminded me of my school years? ๐Ÿ˜†
