Excellent game with plenty to do and great hosting. Highly recommend
This was the first game at this venue and it does show to a degree. That's not to take anything away from the puzzles of the game! Normally I hate map puzzles but this was a clever idea and I think worked well. Theming is good and the puzzles, whilst old in concept can still trip you up and send you down the wrong path if yo are not paying attention. Recommend you play this first as a warmup game!
Brilliant room with lovely hosts!
Standard office set up, with a second room to be unlocked.
Lots of items to find and use and not always immediately obvious what you need something for! We had cracked one clue, but then we came to need it we forgot that we'd come across it as there's lots of bits and bobs to figure out and use.
The clue system of the screen is very handy - I sometimes find walkie talkies etc difficult to hear or understand so to have the clues on screen was very handy (although the only clues we used were because we just hadn't searched thoroughly enough!)
None of the puzzles were too tricky but would still maybe be a little too much for a complete newbie.
Can't wait to go back and do their second room!
Played alone - good fun, plenty to do but very simple in terms of design and puzzle.
Venue: the outside of the building had plenty of signage so you knew where you going, unlike some that is just a doorway in amongst a crowded area. The waiting area was spacious and felt really relaxed. They even have a map on the wall to put a pin in to say where youโve cone from which is a really nice touch and there were flags from all over the world the GM had a jug of water waiting to give us refreshments on arrival which was also a really nice touch
Room: A typical office based scenario where the scenario kept up with the objective of the game. Donโt expect anything spectacular or different in this room however. If youโve played escape rooms before, youโre likely to have come across most of these puzzles, however, everything was well signposted and no need for leaps of logic.
Despite us flying through the room, we had a great time in there and there was plenty to do. For a team thatโs only done a few rooms, it may be challenging
Overall, it was a great room by an independent GM and worth giving a go if youโre ever passing by
I found this game really immersive as a result of care in the set design. It felt really authentic. The GM was really lovely and the story was well thought out. Overall, really enjoyable. I can't wait for this company to open new rooms!
