Escape3600 Maidenhead

One of the more underwhelming escape rooms out there, unfortunately. The host was very friendly but was in a rush to get us in and out - meaning we got zero context to set the scene of the room and what we're trying to accomplish.

The puzzles themselves were okay, not obvious and not impossible, but disappointingly low quality. There were lots of illogical leaps in the solutions that the host had to keep giving us answers to over the speaker, very quickly without us having much time to try and without requesting it. 

Sone of the puzzles made sense in the end but weren't particularly creative, while others just didn't make sense at all. 

The story was very lacky, the puzzles were not at all satisfying and there wasn't any flow to enjoy. It's okay for someone who's not done an escape room before and doesn't want to travel further than Maidenhead, but there are many better rooms in Reading and London. 

If you were ever into the film franchise Jumanji I'd recommend playing this game!

A really fun game different to a lot of others I've played and a mix of puzzles.

Didn’t flow well at all. The room was open at top and the other escape room at location had a game going at the same time. We could hear the host of the other game giving clues and the people playing. Very distracting. Elements were not working in room and no prompt to let you know you had completed a puzzle so you were left unsure if you had done something correct. Very disappointing and expensive for what you get.

Distinctly average I'm afraid.

It's ok but it's very easy.
