Found all 8 and no hints!
We loved this game. We don't normally play as a 5 any more, but this room had plenty of space and activities to keep us all engaged.
Can't wait for the next room to be released!
Aabsolutely loved this game. Our fist time venturing to the west midlands for a room and it did not disappoint. There are plenty of puzzles to keep you going and the theme was great. Our hosts were fantastic too. We will definitely be back to try the other games
We had a blast, thank you!
Absolutely loads to do in this game to achieve all 8 runes. Really enjoyed the step up in build quality and more novel ways of entering solutions in this game. Some quite tough puzzles which had very satisfying aha moments when we finally made the links!
Had a blast escaping from this brilliantly thematic experience today hosted by the lovely Matt and Luke. We really appreciated the slightly different mechanic and enjoyed having the option to maximise our experience by finding every puzzle solution, but still there would have been the option of being able to escape without every puzzle solved - itβs a nice way of making every team feel like winners in some way. Of course we were pleased that we found all symbols, especially as a team of 2. Everything worked really well and flowed beautifully. I especially loved how the majority of the puzzles were beautifully made, tactile, physical props - very few padlocks in the traditional sense in this room, and those that are there fit the story well. Lots for two to split up and do, but I must say that I think teams larger than 4 at most will find the space a bit small and maybe one or two people will be left twiddling their thumbs. I think maybe 3 is an optimum team number for this room, although this depends on experience. A really incredibly themed and lovingly crafted room that we were really pleased we stopped off in Stafford to do - just off the M6 itβs incredibly accessible on a longer journey, so what are you waiting for! Weβll be back!
This was a brilliant experience from start to finish, there are sooooo many puzzles in this room and lots of perfectly themed tech. The build and set quality is amazing and the story very unique. Played for my 300th game and is one of the best games I have played. Hosting is superb too. Highly recommend
What a fantastic game, loved it!
Another fantastic game from the lads at escape nation.
Loads of puzzles to be getting on with, all that are perfectly logical if you stop overthinking.
The game is called temple of shadows but it didnβt really feel like being in a temple which is the only reason not for the final star
