Advice: wait a few weeks/months for the tech to be in place properly!
It's a shame because the room and puzzles were actually really good and immersive but the whole experience was ruined by the gamesmaster loitering in the room.
I don't think it was the gamesmaster's fault as he was clearly told to do this by his managers so that he could give clues if a team is struggling; as they don't have their clue system set up yet.
Overall good, solid escape room and logical fun puzzles - but the hovering gamesmaster felt extremely off-putting and awkward
Excellent game. Very creepy and intense. Storyline was great.
A lot of the games in this escape room really did not make sense. Some of the puzzles seemed like they were there for the sake of it. A lot of illogical puzzles like measuring something that has nothing to do with the story or room. Also, the hints they used were really unclear and had not connection to the tasks or they were ordered wrong.
Supposed to be "scary" but the only "scary" thing was them banging on the door or trying to forcefully open the door like "someone trying to get in", maybe because it was my first ever escape room, but I would not recommend this one.
This room was quite a let down the puzzles were quite difficult and didn’t follow along in any sort of manner - the scare factor was very poor with us being asked how intense we would like the game we replied very this response was banging on the door once or twice.
there was a smell puzzle where they all smelt the same
