The room itself was good, but the big plus was the host!!! The game master was very good!
This is our second game with Algarve, and each was a good challenge. The set-ups are clever and varied. Dave and Katie are great hosts. We're Algarve fans now! Thanks for the fun!
It's not as polished as Atlantis, but it has a nice campy zombie theme with a bit of humor thrown in. They have both a live stream and an inventory system in the same window happening, so it can be a little clunky at times trying to switch between the two views, but it was fun overall. Recommend!
A third virtual room from Escape One Algarve and its definitely something differentfrom the other two... you find refuge in a wedding shop during a zombie apocalypse... its just random enough to be brilliant!
Really enjoyed this room, its got a very interactive inventory and a wide range of puzzles and a great narration through it which has a immensely entertaining conclusion. Excellent room.
Just a bit better than their other rooms, in that there's a bit more story and personality with the avatar.

Whenever we play a remote game with Escape One Algarve, there's always a sense of improvement and this time was no different. This horror themed zombie escape room had a few moments of dark comedy as well. Hopefully we'll be able to laugh till the end and get onto that final flight to take us out of this nightmare!
Dealing with the living dead isn't particularly easy. Even though it's a popular theme, it's also one that's hard to properly render in a serious manner... which is why most "zombie" rooms tend to take a humorous spin instead. This is the case here. By relying on silliness and jump scares more than actual horror, EOA obtains much better results, at least in my humble opinion.
