great hostingfamily friendlybroken tech

A game definitely elevated by a very enthusiastic and engaged GM.  Matthew even did a little jig when we successfully escaped!  The conversion to online was a bit clunky, and there was 1 piece of equipment that apparently had been broken that day.  But we enjoyed it nonetheless.  A good choice if interaction with the avatar is a big part of the fun for you (as it is for us).

One of my all-time favorite avatars/actors! Incredibly enjoyable experience, despite the base game being pretty standard.

A really fun fun fun room with Matthew as the perfect host.

Puzzles were just right , hilarious intro video and a cool looking room. Matthew is excellent in the role and great at improvising and interaction.

Loved it....

Can you rescue a spacestation before its reactor explodes?  We were accompanied by Matthew (ourAvatar) as we tried to save the space station.  This was a fun experience where the Avatar made it that much more fun.  There was no inventory system and the puzzles had a good flow to them.

I have played a couple of Lockdowns rooms in person, i recently saw a video on facebook saying they had released an online game so i though i would give it a go.  I had played a few online games over recent months including the exorcist and Save Kings Landing and enjoyed them thoroughly enjoyed them so thought i should support my local rooms as soon as i saw this video.  Mathew the host was great , funny , kept us laughing throughout. The puzzles were fun and challenging yet not obscure. the control room looked great, and although we technically didnt finish the game in the expected time we were given plenty of time to complete the mission and see the game through to its conclusion. Highly recommended and entertaining game, looking forward to more online games from them.

Those using the new genres of remote play escape rooms to check off as many different countries as possible will have been happy to see Lockdown Paphos launch an avatar game, thereby adding Cyprus to their potential target list. They've been established as a physical venue for some time, and have now launched a remote play game; in Space Station you're guiding an engineer as he tries to find the station's reactor and stabilise it before it detonates catastrophically.

As many have pointed out, i...

We continuously emphasize on the importance of avatar's character play for remote escape rooms. If we're playing these games in person, we would be enjoying the tactile aspect of the game. Since we're unable to do so, we are solely relying on the avatar's actions to bring out what we can not feel. Matthew was a natural at this. He made the game really fun for us. Who knows when we'll be able to make it to Cyprus. But thanks to Lockdown Paphos, we can be entertained from the comfort of our homes!
