I played their online game - it wasn't my cup of tea and I thought there was a bug. There was a wrong feedback when I input my answer, but the answer was actually correct and I was supposed to click somewhere else and see that something has changed. I wouldn't have known this.
I contacted them saying I did not had a good time and I was stuck at that point. The reply came back 2 days later, saying there were busy. After they replied telling me what to do, I went back to the link on the same day, and the link already expired! They had offered me a refund previously, but I said I am ok if they just give me a new link to play. So they chose to give me a refund (which I don't know why), and asked for my details. But after that, radio silence. They blocked me on Facebook and ignored my emails for like 5 days.
Bad experience with their service. Game wise - it wasn't my cup of tea, but it might be to others. I didn't like it though.
Great story! I felt that the story flowed really well throughout the game. I thoroughly enjoyed the graphics & the theming throughout. All the puzzles were quite well thought out & also worked quite well with the theming.
Overall a great game. looking forward to future games from WTF Escaping to be honest.
I know this game has been updated from the first release. We found this version to be really fun and quite challenging. The graphics were superb and the story pulled you in.
There were a good variety of puzzles and a couple I hadn’t seen before. We really enjoyed it.
I am looking forward to the next game in the story.
This game appeared to start off well. The computer graphics were pleasing to the eye, and the puzzles in the first area were enjoyable. The problems began when we left the first area and began to explore the large area of the ship.
There were so many alternate angles of each scene, and each angle view could only be found be clicking on a different random pixel on the screen. Although you might be able to see something from many angle, you may only be able to interact with it from a particular angle. OR, the thing you need to see will only be seen if you click on a magic invisible pixel through sheer luck. We had great difficulty finding the angles that we needed to be able to find/interact with things.
Navigation was also frustrating. Finding the correct click points to move where you wanted to go.
We were also unable to find some elements that we needed. We only knew that we needed them because when we got stuck, the hints system referenced them. But we couldn't find them anywhere, and the hints did not give us the information help us to find them.
Overall, the "playability" could use some work.
