A proper classic done well. Strong theming, logical puzzles that actually make you think, and a couple of moments that genuinely caught us off guard. Nothing overly gimmicky just solid, satisfying design from start to finish. Great fun, Highly recommend.

An exceptional room with many features. Lots of varied puzzles of all types creative directions, seamless technology. Really cannot fault it. Hosting was absolutely excellent as well.

All the rooms we did here were fantastic and it was hard to choose a favourite. This was a really solid Western-themed game. Great design, solid puzzles, and very much non-linear progression which is always appreciated. Many thanks to Callum who was a fantastic host for the whole day - you can really tell that the team here has a true love for what they do, the attention to detail is amazing.
XscapeNow’s train game is a Wild West theme, and of course the train you’re on is heading towards a collision that only you can prevent.
This is a room that looks good from the outset and maintains that impression throughout. The train setting gives the game a natural structure, with a clear progression from beginning to end.
A Western setting is a theme well suited to escape room design, with distinctive motifs and style of decor, as well as obvious starting points for puzzles. Putting it on ...
We’ve not played all the games at XscapeNow, but I think Runaway Train could maybe be my favourite there, actually, it may be Battleships - I can’t decide! Runaway Train is a strong game, with a great flow and is guaranteed to be a family favourite.
More than just a pretty face, runaway train is a brilliant example of impeccable game flow and game design. A must-play!
