The fact that this game was in a historical setting made it interesting, but the camera direction was poor and the host required constant and very specific direction which got tedious and at times frustrating.

We really enjoyed having a chance to explore this historical site.  A very pleasant host who was good at giving subtle nudges without giving too much away.  Nice tie between the puzzles and the setting (a brickworks museum).  My team-mates found the camera motion slightly nauseating--I think it worked better for me because I was on a bigger monitor.

As an escape room alone, I would say we had a mediocre experience.  BUT - this is so much more than an escape room!  This is a genuine historical site, with a storyline interwoven to the actual history of the place.  It's great value, and the cost goes towards sustaining the heritage site.  So with all of this in mind it is a bit hard to rate compared to other escape rooms.  For the price, it is definitely worth doing, and enjoying a bit of history.

For an online room, we personally prefer a more proactive avatar (show us arounf the room) and less time spent in "inventory".

Wonderfully themed room with the one of the best dressed avatar hosts I've seen. Nicely themed puzzles and a lovely clear picture thanks to streaming on streamyard. Amazing value and a must play.
