World Renown & New York City's Premier Speakeasy Bistro The Countess closed its doors a year ago for some "internal restructuring". 3-star Michelin Ranked, French Owner & Executive Chef François "Le Boucher" Hellerstein had almost completely released all of his staff due to undisclosed reasons before shutting down The Countess and vanishing from the restaurant scene. He had yet to release a statement about the speakeasy's fate when rumors about the grand re-opening surfaced. The creative genius Chef Hellerstein is known for his excessive temper, an extensive past in-and-out of rehab and his tendency to play questionable tricks on his staff. No stranger to drama, Chef Hellerstein's previous venture, the award-winning "Le Cochon Effrayé", was under a series of investigations as to the whereabouts of several staff members. Quotes from management were along the lines of "they simply vanished..."

A fun mess of a room but with a high energy avatar who will mess around with you (in a good spirited way). YouTube livestream lag is a bit annoying.
