A good room, shame its closing. Theming in one area is a little off, it felt a bit like a kids play room. Some good magic moments though, in keeping with the theme.

A fun game! Using magic props throughout making for some really interesting puzzles! Quite difficult, but once we got going we were away! A lot to do in the room for a Team of 2! But still a brilliant game! Just need to be constantly on your toes and not get too comfortable at any point throughout like we did a few times.

Great room and great props. Some very clever puzzles too. Not a linear game which is a win for us!

A corker of a room that just keeps on going! So many super puzzles and a lovely combination of linear and non-linear gameplay, meaning that there is plenty to do together and plenty to break off and tackle independently.

It was so nice to do a magic room that wasn't related to a certain boy-wizard (although we love those too) and it offered a different kind of magic that is interactive in some instances and forms well-themed puzzles in others.

GMs here are always an absolute delight and it's somewhere we would travel across the country for, as the puzzles are plentiful and the welcome is warm.

I only realised after I’d booked it, but I’d played this room before - back in 2016, when it was The Book of Secrets at Clue Adventures in London. At the time I found it very impressive, and it was one of my standard recommendations for London rooms, but that was the better part of a decade ago and escape rooms have advanced a great deal since - would it stand up to current standards, and would I even be able to play it without remembering too many spoilers?
Fortunately the latter wasn’t a pro...
