Year 2338. Planet Earth is on the brink of catastrophe due to overpopulation and environmental pollution. Humanity is in peril.
Research spaceship COSMOS 05 with its crew leads a mission of 5 spacecraft that have been travelling over the last 25 years towards planet Kepler-186f.
Their aim is to find out whether it is suitable for colonization by Earth population.
Captain Hurt has suddenly waken up from his 24-year cryo-genetic stasis only to realize that some of his fellow members of the crew are dead in their Capsules. As he is trying to work out what went wrong, he meets a familiar presence .
It’s ERIK co-commander , the vessel AI supercomputer, who has taken control of the vessel and has only one goal ... to terminate the mission before it approaches the planet and the biggest conspiracy in the world history comes to light: ERIK is programmed by the Earth elite class to sabotage the whole project. The fact that Kepler-186f has been colonized for thousands of years now must remain a secret…
Your task is to try to take control of the vessel, bring it back to orbit and most importantly to disarm ERIK.
Fight against Time and Death. The Earth depends on your help…
Will humanity make it, or be lost for ever in eternity…?

Absolutely stunning set with lots of unique tech elements that add to the immersion. Dual languages add to the time pressure a bit but overall an outstanding experience in an escape room heavy city!
A very cool set with some great hi-tech puzzles. We had a lot of fun playing this room. A bit of slightly broken was a bit unfortunate but the venue did a great job of putting a workaround in place so we could still enjoy the room.

Beautiful and high tech with some real standout theatrics, but the English VO was not very clear, and the game was incredibly linear - frustratingly so for our team of 4.
We were very quick, and assumed there was going to be more to the game only to be presented with a promise of the story continuing in a potential sequel, so it was rather unsatisfying.
That said, if you're a sci fi fan, there's a lot to love here.
Incredible setting, wonderful scenery and some incredible puzzles, this space based Escape Room is one of my favourites! You are woken from hypersleep to defeat a rogue AI and he is an omnipresent threat, you have devices on your arms that act as both clue giver and game aid. I don't want to say much more because it really is that good!

I'm a sucker for spaceship and sci-fi games. (My teammate, not so much.) And one of the great defining classics of movie sci-fi is 2001: A Space Odyssey, which pretty much created the trope of the coldly homicidal computer in a story that's inspired any number of escape rooms. Escapepolis's two hour game Cosmos 05 isn't an adaptation of that movie, but certainly makes homage to it.
Games in Athens often use actors. Escapepolis do not, but in Cosmos 05 you have an antagonist to deal with noneth...
A beautiful, extended sci-fi game that manages to deliver a complete experience from start to finish despite a relatively small floor area. With regular bouts of adrenaline to keep you on your toes and a puzzle experience that was generally good, it’s a game that I’d highly recommend.
We really wanted to love this game, and in a way we did. We loved the tech, we just found the gameplay to be a bit lacking and we ended up more frustrated than anything else
Of all of the games that we played in Greece, Cosmos 05 Death in Space felt like a hybrid of Greek escape room style blended with influences from other parts of the world.
