After playing a few games at this venue with friends, I suggested at work to do our team building here, knowing they had a large room where all 16 of us could play together. It didn't disappoint! The game masters were in the room with us (which is a very large ballroom type of space, quite beautiful), and man, they were fun! They didn't help too much, only when needed (even though I'm sure it must be hard not to give a hint when you are seeing the struggle up-close haha), and they were quite "invisible" in the best possible way. But when they interacted with us, they were so funny and lovely, it really added to the experience. We had to split in 4 smaller groups, but the small groups still had to collaborate with each other. I don't want to give away details of the game but some parts were so funny, we were laughing a lot! Highly recommend for either work teams, or larger parties.

A very disappointing experience throughout, which got off to the worst start with the early discovery that the room hadn't been properly reset.

After a confusing story, we were surprised to discover that our two hosts would be staying in the room with us as "friendly ghosts". In actuality we needed them to explain illogical puzzle connections and literally provide us codes when we gave correct answers. It didn't help they stayed in the room having conversations throughout.

Theming was non-existent and many puzzles and contraptions didn't work properly, which is a shame as some of the skill games and puzzle designs had potential.

The most bizarre aspect was being divided into mini teams, but still with the freedom to roam around the room. Many of us reported feeling lost throughout.
