Great themed corridors and entrance area but the room itself was lacking a bit. A few unique puzzle mechanics and the ability to race other teams in identical rooms is a nice feature.

There were some nice steampunk items to play with, a few red herrings, and one real โ€˜oohโ€™ moment that stood out, but the rest?  We had to double check

We played Invisibility Gene shortly after Timelock, and it had an equally slick intro sequence, slightly weakened by its close similarity to the one we'd had for their other game.

The format is very similar: lots of four-digit padlocks and a highly linear sequence of puzzles, each of which usually gives a code that opens a lock and provides a clue for the next puzzle. The difficulty level here is a step up from Timelock, and I found the puzzles here a bit more variable but overall preferred the...

Same old, same old. A very similar experience to their first room. Good enough for beginners but experienced players will likely feel it's too expensive for a fairly basic experience.
We got locked in a laboratory at ExCeL London with just one hour to find out what monstrosities our shady colleague had planned. But was itโ€ฆ ExCeL-ent?
