Lord Steven Maxville, an eccentric puzzle aficionado, had accumulated countless treasures during his extensive travels. Known for his meticulous nature and insistence on order, Lord Maxville’s motto was “There is a correct place for everything, and everything in its correct place.” His five trusted staff members, sworn to secrecy and bound by confidentiality, were the only ones aware of his peculiar habits.

At a recent house meeting, Lord Maxville announced his intent to change his will, bequeathing the manor to the National Trust and leaving special items for his staff, provided they maintained absolute secrecy until the will’s reading. The next morning, Lord Maxville was found dead in his library, with the numbers 15, 10, and 5 scrawled in his own blood. Inspector Hound is on the case, but he needs your help to crack the mystery.
