In the neighborhood of Les Fonts de Terrassa is a house inhabited by the Funes family for over a hundred years, which has been inherited from parents to children until today. There are rumors that since the house was inherited and inhabited by the family, strange events have occurred within its walls. The disappearances of the service and family members, due to the close and close relationship with death, have turned the place into a sanctuary of diabolic energies and strange events.

One winter morning, Mrs. Funes was on her way to her children's room but they had disappeared in the same strange circumstances as the rest of the family members without leaving any trace. Despair and torment seized Mrs. Funes to such an extent that she was never seen again.

To this day, the butler is still in charge of the house...

Will you be the brave ones to delve into the mysteries surrounding the family?

Will the terrifying story of the house be true?

The only clear fact is that the family does not like screams...

The Kenos Escape Room is located in Les Fonts, and can be reached by taking the S1 (direction Terrassa), which runs several times an hour from Barcelona’s Pl. Catalunya. The journey time is about 40 minutes, and the provider is within walking distance (5 minutes) of the station.Kenos was nominated for Best Horror Experience at this year’s Escape Room Awards, but is unfortunately only playable in Spanish at the moment. However, as far as I know, an English-language version is already being worked on. I played the room with two (bravely-anxious) locals who helped me translate some of the text, which of course always takes some time. The fact that we used up the full 90 minutes was mainly due to the fact that there was quite a lot to do, and we also overlooked obvious things once in a while, which can happen in such a sprawling game with several settings – especially if someone obviously doesn’t like strangers snooping around.
