Prestige Escape Rooms Ltd: The Witch’s Lair

When I learned that our local escape rooms were closing, I crammed all six games in quick succession. I’m a wimp when it comes to scary stuff but this was just a little creepy rather than scary and there was so much to do, there really wasnt time to be too freaked out. My favorite room here.

As a group of experienced escapers, we chose the witch’s lair as this was the second hardest game at Prestige and we felt we needed to do some more challenging rooms.

We arrived and the host was great, he really made us feel welcome and embraced our weirdness. 

The game was really well thought out and we really enjoyed the concept of the game. There was some aspects that were new to us and made this a really great experience for us. 

We had to use 4 hints but the host made sure to give us just as much detail as we needed without giving too much away.

We ended up completing the room just in time and we really enjoyed this.

We really recommend this room but also this place as a whole! Really wonderful place, we wish we lived closer as we would come again!

This room is amazing!  The host starts the story, which then follows through to the room.  Fantastic location and fantastic room.  Certainly not to be missed.

This is an exceptional room. All of Prestige’s rooms are clever, carefully created and great fun but this new room really is incredibly well designed. A good amount of non related props in the room to get you wondering as well! We didn’t finish in time sadly but this didn’t detract at all from the pleasure we got doing this room. Francesca, the room creator, must be one of the best if not the best room designer in the country. Having completed rooms in several national chains, Prestige definitely outshines the bigger brands by a mile. Great theming. 100% recommended!

Brilliant room, very immersive, well thought out and the setting was very apt. We loved the story throughout the game with some excellent puzzles. As always the hosts were amazing and funny.  We would highly recommend this game. 

This was the online I’ve played a couple of the other online rooms and wanted to try this one. My normal at home digital partner didn’t want to invade it was creepy (he is only 9) and it is a teeny tiny bit but he would have been fine.

I like the digital games based on real rooms. The clue system works well here and I did have to use it. Overall an enjoyable game with good theming
