As investigators, you are working on the mysterious disappearance of some patients of the Psychiatric Clinic in the town of Schmetterling.

Dr. Motyl, family doctor and respected mayor of the city, has valuable information to give you about the case. You are then hosted in his villa and you are offered a tasty coffee with a strange flavor. Gradually you begin to lose consciousness. When you wake up you immediately realize that you have ended up in a nightmare: your life is in serious danger. Where you are? What are those strange noises you hear? And those screams?
