The owner of the house, Mabel, is on a three-day vacation.  Mabel is normally a homebody, but after some convincing from her friends, she has left her cats and is on vacation. Her cats are everything to her and she trusted you to take care of her cat babies while she’s away.

Something has gone terribly wrong — her favorite cat has gone missing!  Mabel is very attached to all of her cats and will be home in an hour.  Please find the missing cat before she arrives home and truly goes crazy.

Basic room but with fun puzzles, cute theme and a fun, quirky avatar.

Lots of clever tie-ins with the theme, so this will definitely be a favorite for cat lovers.  Very much an old fashioned room with lots of locks, but we appreciated the lock inventory.  Good use of telescape to help operationalize some puzzles that would have been undoable otherwise.  We found the GM quite funny--Mabel had some hairy arms and big manly hands!  All in all a good conversion of a well made mostly Gen 1 room.

Delightfully whimsical room with a lot of cat related puns.  Mostly linear with a lot of padlocks.  'Mabel' was a joy to play with from beginning to end.

We had an amazing time with Mabel. The only complain would probably be that the happy times was too short. As a team that played many escape rooms before, this room felt a bit too easy. It's definitely a great room to try if you're a beginner or with your kids. One thing that I can promise you though is that there'll definitely be laughter. Oh and one more thing, we heard that there's another Mabel that's equally as great as Beth. If you do happen to bump into "her" on your game day, could you please say hi for us?
