We thought that the production value was high but as an actual experience it wasn't all that fun and some of the puzzles needed outside knowledge or a fair bit of googling which I didn't like. There were too few puzzles. If anyone knows how to get the lantern to work please explain it to us
I appreciate it's designed to be set up by someone else as a host (which we didn't have) but I don't think that would change too much.

First ever escape room at home box, was great and very challenging. Needed more players, we struggled! Difficult time consuming puzzles, but they were really enjoyable.

There are 3 puzzles in this game. All of which are intentionally time-consuming / wasting.

This is not worth the money at all.

It seems more effort was put into photo props for after the game than any actual gameplay.

Do yourself a favour and purchase any other Escape Room board game.
