The success rate for the Factory was apparently even lower than for the Lab (a.k.a. 'hardest room in Estonia' Lab - at time of playing, there had been only three successful teams, ever (!).
It's very linear and unusually difficult, consisting of a series of tough puzzles one after another. Neither of our teams got out. One found it highly frustrating, the other enjoyed it a lot. Personally I liked it, though it helps to go in knowing just how slim the odds of success are!
