Unfortunately not a great review for this one. Although the theme was quite nice the puzzles were just ok. Was getting into the swing of things when technology let us down and ultimately we didn't get out because of it. Shame!

Reviews by escape room review sites

Despite being billed as one of the company’s more challenging rooms, we breezed through this room as a team of four, obliterating the current record and topping the leaderboard.

More than a few escape companies have games with themes that are based on films, lightly re-skinned to avoid the copyright lawyers. City Mazes London's newest room is unusual in that it's an official tie-in: the game was originally available in Cardiff as a pop-up for the release of the latest movie in the Maze Runner franchise, and has since been moved to London in an expanded form with additional puzzles.

None of our group knew anything about the films the game was based on, but apparently it...

The theme of this room was interesting, it was well furnished and there was plenty of things to look at in the first instance. The puzzles again varied in difficulty and we enjoyed the inclusion of AR into the Room.
