originalstory-drivenfaded puzzles
Great room, original fun theming. Some puzzles a touch illogical, a little bit of fading makes for some frustration in puzzles where you have to read letters/numbers.
Two clever puzzles using the props especially well, make for a breath of fresh air.
A strong set with authentic props made this feel immersive but puzzles felt a bit dated. Found the franksy puzzles very logical where as we needed a few more nudges in here despite this being an easier room apparently. Liked the theme and ideas though
My partner loved this game. I thought it was a little plain. But that is comparing it to other games by U-escape they have Fansky which is in my top 3 games ever!
The Barber Shop Mystery was a pleasure to play, with a lovingly crafted set and thoroughly pleasing puzzles. Of the games at U-Escape this is the one most suited for larger teams, but really, itβs great for everyone!
