My family built the Henderson Hotel over 100 years ago, the most prestigious in Wales. However, I was greedy & sent the hotel into ruin in the ’70s. On my final visit, I took the lift to the 13th floor to collect my riches and was never seen again…
Do you think you're smart enough to find my fortune? I’ll do you a deal; I’ll give you one hour… If you’re successful, you can leave with it and your life… if not, well, let's just say 13 floors is a long way to fall.

I want to start this by saying I think this just wasn't the room for us. We didn't have a great start because the room hadn't been completely reset so a few things were open that shouldn't be.
This room is quite techy with lots of electromagnets and barely any physical padlocks. We tend to find this kind of room a bit unsatisfying and prefer a balance of different lock types.
All of this being said, the theming and decor was gorgeous and very immersive - it really did feel like we were in an old hotel lift from the 1920s.

If you’re in the mood for a little Tower of Terror nostalgia, this game may just be the one for you. With spot on theming, satisfying puzzles, and just a hint of theatricality, The 13th Floor is another great addition to the games already on offer at Escape Rooms Cardiff
The 13th Floor is a spooky, challenging game that has all the glamour and creep-factor of a haunted 1920s hotel. There are no real scares here, though, so it’s still suitable for most players. It’s got some great surprises in store, and with some satisfying puzzles to boot, teams should have a good time with this one.
