This is probably a very cool game to do in person, with an extremely imaginative use of the space to create multiple "rooms" with different visual experiences. The GM was really pleasant, and game to do some rather ridiculous things on our behalf. Some decent actual scares as well! I actually enjoyed not having an inventory system--they provided static photos as part of the game for anything that needed a close look. If you like games that replicate the experience of being in the physical room, this an excellent choice. Much less expensive than other games we've played that have a multi-person staff running it. Recommended!!

Freakshow was by some way my favourite of Break The Brain's four games. It was available to play in remote avatar format, though I'm glad I got to try it in person. Its creepy clown theme aims for a lower-key type of scare than its sister game Insanity, and I found the result much more atmospheric, darkly funny and fun. That's helped further by a lush set that takes the carnival theme and runs with it.
"BREAK the BRAIN" did a great job with this room. From set design to story line to puzzles to character play, we enjoyed everything. And if that's not enough to convince you to book this game, wait till you see the ending. After the game, we discussed amongst ourselves on what happened and till this day, we still can't come up with an agreeable solution. Maybe you can figure it out?
