Nice looking set and some pleasing physicality to it; GM competent in hosting us in English which was great. Some puzzles that did not make to much sense in logical terms and somehow managed to bypass one by inputting the correct solution by accident - also finished fairly quickly for us so perhaps not the hardest game. Definitely in mid-tourist Berlin and perhaps catering more to the non-enthusiast market than some of the other venues. Fun enough but didn't leave feeling that we'd rush back again.

The Executioner is a horror game, but while it follows some of the usual tropes of the genre - a start involving separation and imprisonment, plenty of rather grisly props - it's not the usual serial killer story. Instead, you've been captured by a murderous cult who intend to use you as human sacrifices, and although theoretically using a modern day setting, the decor is closer to a medieval castle theme.
Nervous players shouldn't be too concerned about the game. The start uses some of the lea...
