Ratings for rooms are so objective and we know that this wouldn't be top on some lists but we absolutely adored this game!
It's a theme rarely seen but that fits beautifully as a storyline for an escape room. As warriors of Agamemmnon, our challenge was to break into Troy under cover of darkness and open the gates of Troy for the Greek army. To be quite honest, this was an absolute dream come true for us, as self-confessed history geeks.
The puzzles were on the traditional side, with beautiful theming, the odd modern padlock hidden way (which didn't bother us) and a hefty dose of logic woven into everything. The set is as epic as one would hope with this storyline and the immersion begins right away.
There is ye olde WC in this one, plus a little trunk for bags so all very convenient.
Fans of the more role-play led games might not love it as much but, for our preferences for pretty, puzzle-heavy games in historical settings, this game really hit the sweet spot.
